*The project is anchored by a $5 million dollar contribution from the Southern Endowment Fund. The fund was established by US-Canada Pacific Salmon Treaty and is supported by the Pacific Salmon Commission. Many of the other partners contribute to the project, monetarily or in kind.
**The Puget Sound steelhead component of the Salish Sea Marine Survival Project is driven by appropriations from the State of Washington ($800,000 received in 2013-2015 biennium and $800,000 received in 2015-2017 biennium).
